CONTEST RULES

GENERAL CONTEST RULES

Eligibility: 

1. Contests are open to legal United States residents physically located and residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Good Morning Mattress Center and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. "Voters" must also be physically located in one of the fifty (50) United states or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.

2. Winners of all contests will be contacted at the "sender" email or phone number or by private message. Good Morning Mattress Center will contact the winner to arrange for Delivery. Failure to respond within 72 hours shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Good Morning Mattress Center is not required to award any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner.

3. By submitting any photo or information to Good Morning Mattress Center you hereby grant Good Morning Center an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information.

4. By submitting any photo or information to Good Morning Mattress Center, you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Good Morning Mattress Center.

5. You understand and intend that any photo or information submitted by you to Good Morning Mattress Center may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo or information you submit to Good Morning Mattress Center. By submitting any photo or information to Good Morning Mattress Center, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo or information submitted by you.

6. Photos or information submitted by you to the Site shall be the property of Good Morning Mattress Center

7. Prizes awarded can not be returned or exchanged for credit or credit at Good Morning Mattress Center, and Good Morning Mattress Center will not be held responsible for damaged items. All warranty issues shall be directed to the manufacturer.

8. Winner grants Good Morning Mattress Center the right to re-post any photos/comments to the GMMC Facebook/blog/website including a photo of the winner.
10. Winners wait two (2) years before being eligible for participation in a second contest. 

Facebook Contests

1. By participating in any Facebook Contest you agree to completely release Facebook from any accountability and acknowledge that Facebook is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

a.   A complete release of Facebook by each entrant or participant.

b.   Acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

Vote Manipulation

While Vote Manipulation is not necessarily illegal nonetheless it will not be tolerated. If a participant is found to be using voter exchange, vote buying, fake profiles or other forms of manipulation to gain an unfair advantage their entry may be deleted without warning or explanation.
